Headstart FAQs
Students with yearly packages are able to reset their exams every March, which is the beginning of the new HPAT cycle. Students with a Headstart package, can write to us at any time, when they have completed most of the mocks, and ask for their full mocks / section mocks to be reset.
The Essential, Premium and Comprehensive packages run for a maximum of one HPAT cycle (usually from the start of March to the end of February each year). A Headstart package covers more than one HPAT cycle, i.e. it starts from the moment of purchase and continues until the end of your HPAT testing period.
